Welcome to Outdoor Military Fitness

We have now resumed normal training (pre COVID), with a few tweaks! We understand some people are still cautious, so we offer both contact and non-contact  training options on all partner exercises.

OMF is effective all over body workout lead by ex-military instructors. We create infectious, fun outdoor classes that are suitable for men and women of all fitness levels. There is no chance to get bored with repetitive workouts as no class is ever the same. Each Session will include a varied mix of circuit training, relays, partner exercises, and running. You will achieve all over body fitness.

This style of training is ideal for weight loss, increasing your fitness level, or building muscle whilst making new friends.
