Welcome to Outdoor Military Fitness
We have now resumed normal training (pre-COVID), with a few tweaks! We understand some people are still cautious, so we offer both contact and non-contact training options on all partner exercises.
OMF is an effective all-over body workout led by ex-military instructors. Join our fun outdoor classes, suitable for men and women of all fitness levels and abilities. With no repetitive workouts, no class is ever the same. Each Session will include a mixture of circuit training, relays, partner exercises, and running. You will achieve all-over body fitness, and have lots of fun doing it!
This style of training is ideal for weight loss, increasing your fitness level, or building muscle whilst making new friends, we encourage interaction. No headphones in this class!
