Welcome to Outdoor Military Fitness

Due to the Corona Virus, we now run a reduced timetable. Groups are limited to twenty to thirty depending on the location you train at, we will then split the number of attendees in order to manage classes more effectively and give you a more personalised workout. Outdoor classes are strictly booking only and we run online classes in addition to these, the timetable above gives all these details.  Please ensure you are maintaining the Government’s advice on social distancing at all times whilst exercising.

OMF is effective all over body workout lead by ex-military instructors. We create infectious, fun outdoor classes that are suitable for men and women of all fitness levels. There is no chance to get bored with repetitive workouts as no class is ever the same. Each Session will include a varied mix of circuit training, relays, partner exercises, and running. You will achieve all over body fitness.

This style of training is ideal for weight loss, increasing your fitness level, or building muscle whilst making new friends.
